Qualification requirements include: Supply experience, technical, financial, legal and other requirements stipulated in the bidding document; main qualification requirements are: For Lot SE05, in the past five years, the products to be supplied shall have the following experience: the ZPW-2000 series track circuit shall have been applied on a main railway line (double track) with the minimum design speed of 250 km/h. The length of the railway adopting these equipment shall be no less than 150 km and the equipment shall have been in satisfactory operation for at least one year. This requirement can be met by up to three contracts executed within the same year. The Bidders shall furnish copies of the sales contracts and end-user certificate issued by the department of the relevant Railway Bureau of CRC. 4.
