Bidding Conditions This bidding project, Major Repair Project of Furnaces 5#, 6#, and 8# in GCNS Nickel-Iron Plant, is owned by PT   Indonesia Guang Ching Nickel a nd Stainless Steel Industry （ hereinafter referred to as "   GCNS " ） . The construction funds come from corporate self-raised funds, and the Tenderee is GCNS. The project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for public bidding. 2. Bidder Qualification Requirements 3.1 Qualification Requirements The bidder shall be a legally established and duly registered Limited Liability Company (PT) in Indonesia, holding a valid business license. The company's scope of business must encompass equipment repair services, or it must possess a relevant construction work qualification certificate issued by the competent Indonesian authorities/organizations. 3.2 Reputation Requirements The Bidder should submit the "Bidder Statement" in the format and content required in Attachment 1 of the bidding announcement. 3.3 Other Requirements Joint venture bids are not accepted for this tender. 4.
