If so, its bid will be rejected.<br>投标人应具备的业绩：<br>投标人应具有该测试平台或同等测试平台（不低于本招标要求）的业绩，投标人须提供近5年（2012年-至今）在国内外实际应用不少于1000个测试案例业绩清单，并提供近5年（2012年-至今）实际应用的案例合同，提供采购过类似测试平台的用户及使用情况，并出具相关业绩的合同复印件或用户证明（含合同首尾页、盖章页、设备名称及清单页等，加盖用户公章有效，外文证明须附中文翻译。案例个数以合同个数或用户证明个数为准）作为证明材料，否则，将否决其投标。<br>Performance requirements:<br>The bidder shall have the performance of the test platform or similar test platform (not below the requirements of the bidding documents), provide a performance list of at least 1000 test cases of domestic and foreign actual applications in past five (5) years as of 2012 and case contracts of actual application in past five (5) years as of 2012, with basic information of previous buyers of similar test platform and their use conditions, and offer photocopy of related performance contracts or user certification (including first and final pages and seal pages of contact, pages of equipment name and a list of equipment, etc.) bearing the user’s official seal (Especially foreign certification, if any, must be attached with Chinese translation. The number of cases shall be subject to the number of contracts or user certification) as proof materials.
