Limited<td style='background:#fff;padding:0 10px'> 1 、投标单位具有电力工程单位火电工程类甲级调试资质等级证书或电力工业热力设备及材料质量检验测试中心资质认定计量认证证书，并通过 ISO9000 系列质量保证体系、 ISO14000 环境体系、 OHSAS18000 职业健康体系认证。 Bidders have Class A qualification certificate for thermal power engineering commissioning as an electrical engineering company, or Metrology Accreditation certificate which qualified and certified by Quality Inspection and Testing Center of thermal equipment and materials in the electrical industry, and pass through the ISO9000 quality assurance system, ISO14000 environmental system, and OHSAS18000 occupational health system. 2 、投标单位应具有独立法人资格；对于各电力公司二级机构的电力试验院、所，用于本工程投标的法人代表应有上级电力公司盖章认可。 Bidder shall have the individual legal corporate; for the electric power test institutes of any secondary power company, the superior electric power company shall stamp and certify the legal representative for this project bidding. 在专业技术、设备设施、人员组织、业绩经验等方面具有相应的资格和能力。具有完善的质量保证体系。 Bidder shall have relevant qualifications and capabilities in the fields of technical expertise, equipment and facilities, personnel mobilization, achievement and experiences and others, and have the complete quality assurance system. 3 、投标单位必须有进行 600MW 及以上机组性能试验的经验和业绩。 Bidder must have experiences and achievements in conducting performance testing for not less than 600MW unit. 4 、投标单位必须有两个及以上采用 ASME 标准进行热耗性能测试的海外经验和业绩。 Bidder must have not less than two overseas experiences and achievements in conducting heat performance test using ASME standard. 5 、投标单位必须拥有四台 600MW 及以上容量火电机组全面性能测试的经验和业绩，包括进行汽轮机、锅炉热力性能测试，振动、噪音测试，污染物排放测试的经验和业绩。 Bidder must have experiences and achievements in overall performance test for four 600MW and higher capacity thermal unit, including thermal performance test for steam turbine and boiler, vibration and noise test, and pollutant emission test. </tr></tbody></table> 四、招标文件的发售及购买 IV.
