Certificate of Analysis is issued based on sampling result at port of destination (at anchorage point). If seller propose differently, it should be stated clearly in the quotation.<br>3. 付款方式：即期不可撤销信用证（未特别标注付款方式的我方将默认为接受此付款方式）。<br>Payment Term: Irrevocable L/C at sight (we will accept this payment term by default if there is no special payment term stated at the quotation).<br>4. 计划装船日期：计划2017年6月20日-2017年6月30日，如不能满足该装船时间，请报最接近时间。具体时间双方协商。<br>Estimated Shipment date: Required laydays at loading port on June 20th, 2017- June 30th, 2017. The exact time shall be negotiated by both parties.<br>5. 目的港：印度尼西亚北马鲁古省奥比岛锚地（大致位置坐标：Lat 01 deg 31' 732 S - Long 127 deg 24' 505 E）。<br>Port of Destination: Obi Island, North Maluku Province, Indonesia at anchorage point (approximate position coordinate Lat 01 deg 31' 732 S - Long 127 deg 24' 505 E)<br>6. 船只要求 Vessel Requirement ：<br>a. 要求承运船只建造年限低于20年；<br>Vessel age must be younger than 20 year old;<br>b. 船型需要自带卸货设备，卖方负责卸货（相关操作人员也由卖方提供）。<br>Vessel must be geared (crane and grab), operator included.<br>7. 请做报价单并加盖公章，按最优惠价格。邮件名称请写为：喷吹烟煤报价5.27并于2017年5月27日，北京时间下午17点前把最终报价报到<br>；发送或抄（略）<br>All price quotation shall quote best price, duly signed by authorized personnel and stamped. Scanned version shall be sent to email address: <br> before May 27th, 2017, 5.00 PM Beijing standard time with email subject: PCI Coal Quotation 5.27. Quotation sent or copied to other email address is considered VOID. Currency in the quotation must be in US Dollar (USD).<br>8. 此报价为最终报价，请按最优惠价格谨慎报价！（另外，报价时如对装船时间和付款方式有不同要求，请在报价中注明，否则视为完全认可我司要求）谢谢！<br>This price sourcing will only be done once, there will be no second tendering. (If there is any other request for the loading time and terms of payment, Seller shall state it clearly in their quotation, otherwise all terms will be deemed to be fully in accordance to our request).
