Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 178,Guang An Men Wai Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, China. 4. The attention of prospective Bidders is drawn to the eligibility and conflict of interest provisions under ITB 4 of the Bidding Documents. All Bidders found to have a conflict of interest shall be disqualified. 5. Qualifications requirements include: (1) The qualified Bidder of the People"s Republic of China must meet the following requirements: Certified with Grade A qualification for mechanical engineering design or architectural engineering design or Level I qualification for construction engineering general contracting (the bidder certified with construction qualification is required to provide the safety production license for the construction). The project leader shall be provided with the certificate for 1st class registered architect or 1st class registered structural engineer or 1st class constructor. (2) Additionally, Qualified bidder outside the People"s Republic of China must meet the following requirements: The project leader is required to hold the practicing qualification for registered architect.
