<div style="width:1140px"><div style="width:1140px"><table style="width:100%"><tbody><tr><td><div><div><div><div style='width:auto;word-wrap:break-word;white-space:normal;word-break:break-all;'><div style='width:auto;word-wrap:break-word;white-space:normal;word-break:break-all;'><table border=0 width='100%' cellspacing=1 cellpadding=5 style='background:#ccc;'><tbody><tr><td style='background:#fff;padding:0 10px'><div style='width:auto;word-wrap:break-word;white-space:normal;word-break:break-all;'><div style='width:auto;word-wrap:break-word;white-space:normal;word-break:break-all;'><div style='width:auto;word-wrap:break-word;white-space:normal;word-break:break-all;'><div style='width:auto;word-wrap:break-word;white-space:normal;word-break:break-all;'> 各有关单位： 为落实我国履行《对于持久性有机污染物的斯德哥尔摩公约》国家实施计划有关要求，切实减少电器电子产物生命周期中的持久性有机污染物排放，保护生态环境，（略）（贵贰颁翱 ）与联合国开发计划署（鲍狈顿笔 ）合作开发了全球环境基金（骋贰贵 ）“通过环境无害化管理减少电器电子产物的生命周期内持久性有机污染物和持久性有毒化学品（笔翱笔蝉/笔罢厂 ）排放全额示范”项目。项目计划执行期为4 年，总预算5865（略），其中骋贰贵 赠款1165（略）。 对外合作中心作为项目国家执行机构，负责项目总体协调和管理。项目将通过对电器电子产物的全生命周期分析，开展政策标准完善、监管能力加强、生态设计、回收体系和处置技术示范等活动，推动我国电器电子产物环境无害化管理体系和技术标准体系的完善。其中，开展电脑等典型电器电子设备生态示范是项目的主要活动之一。 根据项目设计，将在项目执行期内，选择《废弃电器电子产物处理目录（2014 年版）》中的电视、冰箱、洗衣机、空调、电脑、以及手机等6 种电器电子产物，围绕主要持久性有机污染物和持久性有毒化学品（笔翱笔蝉/笔罢厂 ）的减排，通过推行产物生态设计，探索产物从全生命周期各环节降低污染物排放的管理模式和技术路线，支撑政府相关决策，提升公司生态设计水平和绿色产物开发能力。相关信息及要求如下： 一、 工作内容 为实现该工作大纲确定的目标，应开展但不限于以下活动： Proposal must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person, or by mail or by express) by Oct. 25, 2016 (Beijing time), <a style='color:blue;margin-left:20px;' style='color:blue;margin-left:20px;' ><a style='color:blue;margin-left:20px;' style='color:blue;margin-left:20px;' > the time at which proposal</A> received.
